This course covers theory and practice needed to supervise others and provide leadership and motivation within a work team. 8-15 participants. Class based with work related case studies.
Job Outcomes: This program is designed for leading hands, team leaders and others with junior management responsibility.
Will be by class participation, demonstration of skills during role plays, Group and individual interviews and self analysis. Upon successful assessment learners will be issued with a nationally recognised statement of attainment for the units above.
