This course covers theory and practice needed to supervise others and provide leadership and motivation within a work team at Certificate IV level- Eg Shift supervisors, production managers, area managers. 8 - 15 participants.
Will be by class participation, demonstration of skills during role plays, Group and individual interviews and self analysis.
